Booking Instructions

Deposit only: When booking, please pay only the deposit. You will pay the rest of the balance to the driver in cash or by card on the day of your trip.

Airport pickups: If you are arriving at an airport, please enter your flight number and landing time when selecting your pick-up time. No flight number is required if you are being taken to an airport for a departure.

Addresses: When entering your pick-up or drop-off address, please start with your house number. If you are selecting an airport, please choose the correct terminal, if available.

Vehicle selection: When selecting a vehicle, please double-check that the number of passengers and luggage is correct.

Luggage: Please select the correct amount of luggage. If you select an incorrect amount, your luggage may not fit in the vehicle.

Price: The price you see is the price you pay. All tolls and drop-off charges are included.

Terms and conditions: We reserve the right to refuse a booking as per our terms and conditions.
